Accessibility Statement

Last updated June 1, 2026 · Early release.

Tap Sopo is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Our standard

Tap Sopo aims to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive.

What we do

  • Semantic HTML and ARIA labels on interactive controls.
  • Keyboard navigation across every page, including the Grid and onboarding.
  • Visible focus states and color contrast tested against WCAG AA thresholds.
  • Alternative text on meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Responsive layout and minimum 44×44 px tap targets on mobile.
  • Captions and transcripts on any video content we publish.

Early release notice

Tap Sopo is in early release. Some surfaces are still being audited. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can fix it quickly — accessibility fixes are prioritized.

Feedback

If you experience any difficulty accessing Tap Sopo, or want to report an accessibility issue, email accessibility@tapsopo.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve confirmed issues as quickly as reasonably possible.

Third-party content

Profile content is created by community members. We provide tools (such as alt-text fields) to encourage accessible posting, but cannot guarantee third-party content meets WCAG AA.
